There is, but is it not advised by manufacturer's. Many people
employ the use of an artificial heat source - such as a hair dryer,
tumble dryer or air conditioning unit - to dry their shoes quickly.
While using artificial heat sources may effect leather shoes more
adversely compared to textile shoes: over time artificial heat sources
will damage the bonds and stitching which hold any shoe together.
Manufacturer's only recommend that a wet shoe be placed in an airy
dry location, which will allow the shoe to dry naturally - and inconveniently
- slowly.
