This is a common complaint made by consumers when they attempt
to track the shipping of an order (shoes or other goods). It's usually
due to a simple issue - in that - the retailer has provided their
customer with the courier tracking code before the goods have entered
into the courier's dispatch system. Another cause of the error could
be that the courier is slow in updating their data. An error could
indicate a more serious problem with your order, but the likelihood
is that it's one of the above two explanations: the solution being
to enter your tracking code at a later date. If there is still a
tracking error after 48 hours, it would be advisable to email or
telephone the courier or retailer.
