Yes you can. Heel tips are usually made from one of two materials:
plastic or metal. Replacing the heel tip can be done at home but
can be a fiddle. Most heel tips are attached to the stiletto shoe
via a pin. A pair of pliers will be required to pulled the heel
tip out of the stiletto heel; with plastic heel tips, this can be
problematic, as the heel tip may snap and leave it's pin in the
pin slot. If you do manage to successfully remove the heel tip,
then a small hammer will be required to hammer the new heel tip
into the pin slot. Alternatively, you can save yourself the trouble
and get a professional cobbler to replace the heel tip for you.
