The process of arranging a redelivery will vary from courier to
courier. If you have missed the delivery of your shoes, then your
courier should have posted a card or letter through your letterbox.
This card/letter should provide you with the procedure required
to arrange a redelivery. With the courier Parcelforce, there is
a £5.50 (as of 2011) charge to rearrange a delivery. Another
option is to visit the Parcelforce depot to collect your shoes (appears
to be no charge) order. Because Parcelforce are the courier service
of Royal Mail, there is the possibility the goods have been left
at a post office: there is a £1.00 charge for picking up your
order from a post office.
